Our Commitment to Professional Service

At Fancy Tax Services, we are committed to delivering professional, reliable, and accurate tax preparation services. Our fees reflect the time, expertise, resources, and administrative work required to prepare each client's tax return.

All payments for tax preparation services are subject to the terms outlined in this policy.

IDM Fancy Tax Services will issue a refund of the tax preparation fee only when we fail to complete the agreed-upon tax preparation file due to our own failure to deliver the service.

Once the agreed-upon tax preparation file has been completed, the tax preparation fee is nonrefundable.

Once tax preparation services have been completed, fees paid for those services will not be refunded simply because a client changes their mind, disagrees with the outcome of their tax return, receives a smaller refund than anticipated, owes taxes, or experiences a delay in receiving their refund.

Tax outcomes are determined by the client's financial circumstances, applicable tax laws, and the processing decisions of the IRS or applicable state tax agency.

Clients are responsible for providing complete, accurate, and truthful information, submitting all required documentation, and responding to requests for additional information in a timely manner.

Delays or incomplete files resulting from missing documents, inaccurate information, or a client's failure to cooperate do not automatically qualify for a refund.

If a client requests cancellation after work has begun, any refund determination will be based on the services performed, the terms of the service agreement, and applicable law. Fees for services already performed may be retained to the extent permitted by law.

Fancy Tax Services does not guarantee a particular tax refund amount, tax credit, refund approval, or processing timeline. Tax return results depend on the information provided by the client and applicable federal and state tax requirements.

By purchasing tax preparation services from Fancy Tax Services, the client acknowledges that they have reviewed and accepted this Refund & Cancellation Policy.

This policy does not limit any rights or remedies available to clients under applicable federal or state law.
